🖌️ How to Use

Correct Writing Position
While writing, the “Pratikpen” logo on the handle should face upward. The ink channels at the tip are designed to face up for optimal ink flow.

💧 Compatible Inks & Paints

• Water-based inks

• Diluted paints with fluid ink consistency

⚠️ Acrylic paints may be used, but once dried they are difficult to clean and may clog the ink channels, negatively affecting performance.

🖊️ Ink Filling Instructions

• Dip the pen tip directly into ink

• Use a brush to fill the inner channel

• Use a dropper, pipette, or syringe to place ink into the center of the pen

For best writing quality, liquid calligraphy inks are recommended.

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean after every use with water and a toothbrush

• Dry using a soft cloth or paper towel

• If the pen does not write properly, ensure both metal plates are aligned evenly

• If the nib catches on paper, write 4–5 letters on 1000–2000 grit sandpaper and repeat until smooth

• Patterned nibs are delicate—write slowly and carefully to extend nib life
